Lilac Birthday

Well, we'll see how this goes.  You see, I just wrote up a second posting for A Veranda Thanks thinking it was the card I just finished today.  Need I say things in Jewett City, CT have been difficult this week?  Children are being children I suppose but Uncle Be-bee is whipped out and feeling a bit drug out.  But somehow in the midst of all this I did manage to finish two projects.  The first, which I will post NOW is a card using the current Card Sketch on SCS.  I'm not actually sure about this card as far as the stamping and colors go but it was a bit of a respite from the craziness of this household.  Be kind, tough times are brewing round here.

  1. Ben . Cool beans!! I can't tell from the pic but is that embossing on the top and bottom? Whatever it is I love the glossy shine! So pretty.

Sorry about your rough week. Mine has been the same only my "kids" are at work! And to think I started to work to get a time away from kids!! Not so!! Even with me...tough times are brewing at work. Odd isn't it? No matter where you turn, things are crazy right now. Thank God for craft therapy!

  3. I love it! Of course I might be a little biased as purple is my favorite color and I love to see it paired with green. ;-) I agree with Barb...love the embossing! It gets crazy around our house more often than not, and there are days where I just retreat to my scraproom and say "leave me alone, I have to work". LOL I hope this week is going better for you! (((hugs)))
